TERMS OF SERVICE (GGID.EU)

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. Scope

Welcome to ggid.eu (including its subdomains such as beta.ggid.eu, the Discord bot, web dashboard, verification portals, APIs, and associated services, collectively referred to as the "Service" or "Platform").

1.2. Operator

The Service is operated by an independent administration team and private individual operator(s) based in the Czech Republic (European Union) (hereinafter referred to as "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). As the Service is operated by non-incorporated private individual(s) under applicable civil and copyright law frameworks before or outside formal commercial company registration, no corporate identification number (IČO) is assigned at this stage.

1.3. Binding Agreement

By accessing our website, completing a verification challenge, adding our bot to a Discord server ("Guild"), purchasing a Pro/Premium tier via Tebex, interacting with our AI Chatbot, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you ("User", "you", or "your", whether acting as an End-User undergoing verification or as a Server Administrator/Owner) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

1.4. Rejection of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease all usage of the Service, abort any ongoing Discord OAuth2 verification flow, and remove the Service from your Discord server(s).

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

ggid.eu is a specialized cybersecurity, verification, and anti-abuse platform built for Discord communities. Our core functionalities include, without limitation:

Frictionless Verification: Automated human verification utilizing Cloudflare Turnstile managed challenges without intrusive puzzles.
VPN, Proxy & Alt-Account Radar: Real-time detection of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, Tor exit nodes, datacenter IP addresses, and secondary/alternate Discord accounts ("Alt Accounts") attempting to bypass server bans or restrictions, utilizing IP intelligence (via IPinfo, LLC), browser telemetry, and cryptographic device fingerprinting.
AI OCR Image Filter: Automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI-based inspection of images posted in participating Discord communities to detect and block fake cryptocurrency/Nitro giveaway spam, phishing lures, and malicious visual content.
Automated Raid Shield: Real-time mitigation of coordinated bot raids, mass-join attacks, and automated scam accounts.
Interactive AI Support Chatbot: An on-site AI-powered assistant powered by NVIDIA NIM and Cloudflare AI designed to answer questions regarding our Service, assist with troubleshooting, and guide users.
Free & Pro Guild Tiers: Free baseline community protection and paid premium subscriptions offering enhanced thresholds, analytics, and custom rule configurations.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND DISCORD COMPLIANCE

3.1. Minimum Age & Age of Digital Consent

Czech Republic & European Union: Pursuant to Section 7 of Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing and Article 8 of the GDPR, the age of digital consent for information society services is 15 years old (or 16 in certain EU Member States). If you are under 15 years old in the Czech Republic or the EU, you may only use the Service if verifiable consent has been granted or authorized by your parent or legal guardian.
United States: Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Discord Terms Compliance

The Service integrates with Discord Inc. via Discord OAuth2 and the Discord REST API. Your use of the Service is strictly subject to your ongoing compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Community Guidelines. We are an independent third-party service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

4. VERIFICATION, ANTI-ALT DETECTION, AND DEVICE TELEMETRY

4.1. Purpose of Security Scanning

When you click a verification link or interact with the ggid.eu verification portal to gain access or roles within a participating Discord server, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the primary purpose of the Service is to verify your account's authenticity and prevent multi-accounting ("alting"), ban evasion, and automated raids.

4.2. Collection of Technical Identifiers

To perform anti-alt and anti-VPN detection, our system automatically inspects and processes network and browser parameters, including:

Your public IP address (IPv4 and IPv6), ASN, ISP, and connection routing metadata (via IPinfo, LLC to identify VPNs, proxies, Tor, or residential proxies);
Browser User-Agent strings, HTTP headers, operating system, and platform version;
Screen resolution, color depth, timezone, system language, font enumeration, WebGL/Canvas rendering characteristics, hardware concurrency, and cryptographic browser/device hashes;
Discord account metadata obtained via Discord OAuth2 (User ID, username, avatar, account creation timestamp, and server join status).

4.3. Automated Decisions and Role Assignment

Based on the security score generated during verification, the Service will automatically instruct the Discord REST API to either grant you a designated verification role, flag your account for manual review by the respective Server Administrators, or block your verification attempt. Each Discord server sets its own security sensitivity (for example, blocking VPNs or flagging accounts linked to an existing verified hardware/IP fingerprint).

4.4. Privacy Guarantee for Verified Users

Discord Server Administrators and Moderators NEVER receive raw IP addresses or full browser fingerprints of verified users through our API, webhooks, or dashboard. Our API explicitly strips raw IP addresses from guild audit logs. Server Administrators only receive standardized risk scores, verification status flags (Passed, Failed, VPN Detected), and alt-account match IDs.

5. AI CHATBOT USAGE AND SECURITY MONITORING

5.1. Nature of the AI Assistant

Our website includes an automated AI Chatbot to assist visitors and users. Responses generated by the AI Chatbot are produced algorithmically (via NVIDIA NIM and Cloudflare AI) and are provided for informational and support purposes only. They do not constitute binding legal, financial, or contractual representations by the Operator.

5.2. Prohibited Chatbot Interactions

You agree not to subject the AI Chatbot to prompt injection attacks, jailbreaking attempts, automated flooding/scraping, transmission of unlawful or abusive content, or attempts to extract system instructions or underlying proprietary logic.

5.3. Logging of Suspicious Activity

While standard interactions are processed to deliver responses, chat transcripts, prompts, associated IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and session metadata may be logged, retained, and manually reviewed by our security team if our automated filters detect suspicious activity, including: prompt injection attempts, API abuse, harassment, rate-limit violations, threats, or attempts to probe for vulnerabilities in the Service.

6. AI OCR IMAGE INSPECTION

6.1. Ephemeral Moderation

For Discord servers enabling the AI OCR Image Filter, images and attachments posted within monitored channels are transiently analyzed by our optical character recognition and classification systems to detect known scam patterns (such as fake casino/crypto promotional images or phishing QR codes).

6.2. Authority of Server Administrators

Server Administrators enabling this feature represent that they have the authority within their community to deploy automated moderation bots. We do not claim ownership over user-submitted images and only process them for real-time security and anti-spam filtering.

7. PRO TIERS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUND POLICY (TEBEX)

7.1. Third-Party Checkout Processor & Merchant of Record (Tebex)

Paid upgrades ("Pro Tiers" or premium guild plans) are processed exclusively through our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor and Merchant of Record, Tebex Limited. By purchasing a subscription or one-time license, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Tebex. We do not directly collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers.

7.2. Digital Delivery & EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Premium features are digital services provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union / European Economic Area (including under § 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, and Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service prior to the expiration of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that, by granting this express consent and receiving immediate activation of Pro features, your statutory right of withdrawal is extinguished.

7.3. Refunds & Chargebacks

Except where strictly mandated by applicable law, payments for activated Pro periods are non-refundable. Initiating a fraudulent payment dispute, unauthorized chargeback, or payment reversal via PayPal, a card issuer, or Tebex without first contacting support@ggid.eu to resolve the issue will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to the Service, blacklisting of your Discord User ID and Guild IDs across the Platform, and submission of access logs as evidence to the payment processor.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to, and not to assist, encourage, or permit any third party to:

8.1. Circumvent Verification: Attempt to bypass, spoof, forge, or manipulate browser fingerprints, User-Agent headers, WebGL/Canvas signatures, Cloudflare Turnstile tokens, or IP reputation checks in order to evade server bans or multi-account restrictions.
8.2. Infrastructure Attacks: Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, layer-7 HTTP floods, credential stuffing, or automated scraping against ggid.eu, beta.ggid.eu, or our API endpoints.
8.3. Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, heuristics, scoring weights, or detection algorithms of our VPN & Alt-Account Radar or AI OCR filters.
8.4. Malicious Use by Server Administrators: Use the Service to stalk, dox, extort, or unlawfully harass users, or attempt to use the Service to collect data outside the scope of legitimate Discord community protection.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DEPENDENCIES

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors to operate:

Cloudflare, Inc.: Cloudflare Turnstile challenge validation, DNS routing, Web Application Firewall (WAF), DDoS mitigation, and Cloudflare Workers AI.
Discord Inc.: Discord OAuth2 identity authentication and REST API role assignment/moderation actions.
Tebex Limited: PCI-DSS compliant checkout processor and Merchant of Record for premium guild tiers.
IPinfo, LLC: Real-time IP address threat intelligence, ASN lookup, and datacenter/VPN detection.
NVIDIA Corporation: Cloud neural network inference for AI assistant support.

We are not responsible or liable for service interruptions, API rate limits, outages, policy changes, or account terminations imposed by these third-party providers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including the website design, text, graphics, logos, bot commands, AI OCR models, anti-alt detection heuristics, algorithms, software code, and databases) are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator of ggid.eu and are protected under Czech copyright law (Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act), European Union directives, and international treaties.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING BOTH UNITED STATES FEDERAL/STATE LAW AND EUROPEAN UNION / CZECH LAW), THE SERVICE (PARTICULARLY ANY BETA VERSION SUCH AS beta.ggid.eu) IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Cybersecurity, VPN detection, and alt-account correlation rely on probabilistic heuristics, network telemetry, and evolving threat intelligence. We do not warrant that the Service will detect 100% of alt accounts, VPNs, raids, or scam images, nor do we warrant that false positives will never occur (for example, when multiple legitimate users share the same household router, carrier-grade NAT, or school network). Server Administrators remain solely responsible for final moderation decisions within their Discord communities.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1. General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Operator of ggid.eu, its developers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, Discord server members, or digital assets.

12.2. Aggregate Liability Cap

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount you paid to us via Tebex for Pro Tiers in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) twenty-five Euros (€25.00 EUR) (or equivalent in USD/CZK).

12.3. Mandatory EU/Czech Statutory Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory provisions of Czech law (in particular § 2898 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code), namely liability for damage caused intentionally, through gross negligence, or damage to natural rights of an individual (life or health).

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator of ggid.eu from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of Discord's Terms of Service; (c) your misuse of the Service as a Server Administrator; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service (including blacklisting specific Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, or IP ranges) at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse of our security infrastructure, or risk of legal exposure.

15. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

15.1. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic (specifically Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code) and applicable European Union law.

15.2. Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

15.3. US Class Action Waiver (For United States Users Only)

If you are a resident of the United States, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and the Operator agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

15.4. Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by sending a detailed written notice to important@ggid.eu or support@ggid.eu. We will endeavor to respond and resolve the issue within thirty (30) days.

15.5. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution (Česká obchodní inspekce - ČOI)

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and a consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution:

16. SEVERABILITY AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
