2. User Accounts and Verification

To access our verification services, you must sign in via Discord and optionally link a Steam account.

• Users are solely responsible for the security and integrity of their linked accounts.
• Any attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms, spoof hardware identifiers (HWID), or run unauthorized modifications of our FiveM connection resources will result in immediate termination of portal access across all affiliated game servers.

3. Content Upload Rules

When using our image upload services, you agree to only submit files that you own or hold appropriate licenses to distribute. You are strictly prohibited from uploading:

• Content that violates any European Union laws or regulations.
• Material that infringes upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
• Malicious software, viruses, or exploit scripts.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The operator makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service, data retention, or the actions of third parties on affiliated game servers. We reserve the right to limit or terminate operations at any time without notice.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the portal after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
